I don't remember how much Oscar's first appointment was, but I remember it was alot. He did, though, get a few vaccines because he was due.

And just to give you an example, Oscar went for his yearly check-up a couple of weeks ago and we spent $217. This included the visit, a rabies vacc, his 5-in-1 vacc, the vaccine they do through the nose, a fecal analysis, a heartworm blood test, and a 6 month supply of heartworm meds (Interceptor.) Proper care of a Yorkie (or any dog) can be costly, but it's well worth it!
