Thanks. It has grown out to be very pretty. It's a soft coat but is nice and shiny and doesn't tangle or matt too bad. Rylie is 5 1/2 weeks younger than Lacy. Her birthday is Sep. 12 and his is October 20..both born in 2004

Oh, and what brushes/combs do you use on them?
His hair was REALLY short when I got him a year and a half ago. I posted some pics below from Oct and Nov. 2007 when I first got him.

I use a Chris Christensen Pin brush and also have a Mason Pearson mixed bristle brush. And then I have a fine toothed stainlesss steal comb. I mostly use the CC brush and the comb on his face, but I'll use the Mason Pearson right after I blowdry him on bath day and it makes him really shiny. I use the Mason Pearson daily on Lacy because her hair is a lot finer.

Aw thanks I love the show dog look. He didn't come from a reputable breeder though...my parents got him from an older couple with a male and female pet that they bred a few times. He's turned out to be a pretty boy and he's a sweetie and fortunately has been healthy. But I'll buy my next dogs from reputable show breeders
