You can use a variety of completely harmless dyes - food coloring, sugarless Koolaid, vegetable dye, or professional dog dye.
There's actually a very inspirational story of a man in Japan who adopted an abused, neglected shelter dog. He dyed him to look like a panda bear, and the dog is now a mascot for the country's shelter dogs.
Other people will dye their dog pink for breast cancer awareness month.

Thor looks like a "man's man"....I think he would boycott the pink fluffy look, especially being seen in camo on YT...hehehehe. He would, however, look mighty fine in a bunny suit...
