Mine is Blue and Tan/gold. He was black and gold as a pup, then got the silvery head, which turned a pretty tan. But the body does not turn to tan or gold -- it should stay a darker color. Some turn real silvery grey. That is really not what you want. You want the dark steel blue. Sort of a gun metal blue color. There are some good pictures here:
pictures showing yorkies of all ages. There are a few with the lighter grey/silver, but most show that pretty yorkie blue!
