With the caveat that I can't see the video, and that everyone is entitled to their opinion (especially when they agree with me
), keep in mind that someone somewhere right now is saying, "I can't believe those people who put little rhinestone collars on their dogs" or "it's so awful when people put dresses on pets".
I do think dyeing is silly - I would do it for a giggle - but to me, it's just one more step on the fashion spectrum. Someone in the other thread posted pictures to New York Doggy Fashion week, and there were some really wild outfits, with really wild coloring. I thought it looked very cool, though certainly they were not looks for every day!
Also, while I have heard of bunnies and chicks dying after they got a dye job, I want to emhasize again that dog dyes are
totally harmless. It's basically giving your dog a bath in colored water, and the color comes out after a few washes.
