Do Shih Tzu's like to do that at every age? My son just got a Shih Tzu puppy I babysat for 4 days last week, and Joey and he play fought constantly. At first, it seemed more real fighting with lots of noise, but the last couple of days it was wrestling, with little noise. So maybe you should keep the Shih Tzu longer? Lol, cute name for Oscar, I guess you named him, after you got to know him? According to your avatar, it looks like Oscar lost his last fight.
