I was only going by what you wrote. Big difference between 2 pounds and 1.4 ounces! I am thinking you mean 1.4 pounds or 1 pound 4 ounces instead. Still a large enough difference between 1 pound 4 ounces (20 ounces) and 2 pounds (32 ounces). For instance, at 20 ounces at 8 weeks, the growth chart says the guesstimate is 3.5 to 4 pounds instead of the 6 pounds for one that is weighing 32 ounces.

That was a tiny momma dog! You don't see that too often since it is not recommended to breed a female under 5 pounds. That is 3 red flags for your breeder: letting them go before 12 weeks, selling them as teacups, and breeding a 3 1/2 pound female.
