I think the pooping thing takes a little while to get back on track. Their system is totally clean from the fast before surgery and if she's not eating much, it'll take a little time for things to get moving, so to speak.

The not drinking would worry me a little more. Could you try putting a little Kayro syrup in her water or give her ice cubes to lick?
There is a nurse at Dr D's that is always carrying around a baby in one of those snuggle things. When Gracie Ruth had her spaying, this nurse carried her around the whole next day until I could get there to pick her up.

Yet another reason I love my vet...all the people are so caring there.
