It must be different for each dog. Tucker is 5 and a half months old. My vet said he probably wouldn't grow much more in length and height, but could gain a little more weight. He's a Yorkie. At twelve weeks, he weighed 2.4 lbs. At five months, he weighed 3.7. The vet estimated his weight at 12 weeks, and said he would probably weigh a little under 5 lbs when he was fully grown. I'm beginning to wonder, though. He loves to eat. I feed him Eukanuba mixed with Caesars. At noon, and before going to bed, I give him a little of his homemade treat, "Turkey loaf". It's made with a lb of ground turkey, 1 cup of oatmeal, half cup of parmesan cheese, and one egg. Am I feeding him too much? I don't want him to be a little tubbo, but i enjoy giving him things he likes (within limits).
