I misworded that I think.
Just because she has been exposed doesn't mean she has the disease.
Whether you treat will vary from vet to vet and state to state because is some areas it is way more common for dogs to get infected but never get the disease. It is an individual decision and I'd go to a vet that I trust and allow them to make the call.
