Depending on the test done, dog vaccinated for lymes can show false positives. And, just because a dog tests positive only means that the dog has been exposed...or infected. It doesn't mean that they have the disease or will ever show symptoms:

Thanks for the link. She wasn't vaccinated until AFTER the blood work had been drawn. So....do I treat her or wait to see if she becomes symptomatic? Do I get her the 2nd booster in 3 weeks?
