OK, with the discussions on this board regarding potty training, I have a question for those of you who adopted a Yorkie puppy and are not there constantly to watch over him...

Consistency is the key to successful training. So, how does this come into play when you work all day. Obviously, something key would be to have someone there to watch the little baby during the day. But what if you are in the case where that attention is not avaialble... What happens then?
