It looks like a "take off" on horse diapers. I have made bunches of them for my miniature horses - a requirement for horses participating in our city's Christmas parade. They work pretty good with Mae and Lucy and serve their purpose but they are cumbersome and take longer to put on, take off, and clean out than it would to simply scoop the poop.
I cannot imagine having one that would actually fit a dog as small as a Yorkie that would not be cumbersome. Needless to say they look hideous
and I would imagine that the training required to teach the dogs to accept the "full bag" banging their back legs would be a stinky process that just wouldn't be worth it. I, for one, will continue being a poo picker upper.
