I totally agree. Granted I am new to AI, but what would the show be wihtout Simon? He's the only one who gives tough and real criticism, and teh only one who can speak with any sort of authority. Paula just rambles on and on.... Honestly I can't stand to listen to her. I think Cara will eventually replace Paula, but Simon will definitely stay. Oh, and I think he'll ask for a raise, too!
