Ranger sleeps in bed with us at home (except for now cuz he's in jail) but he does the EXACT same thing as Jackson if we sleep anywhere else. Ryder would be content sleeping in a van by the river!!
We would be miserable without his crate. He will settle right down in there and sleep all night. I think you should try it
it's only a few nights a week and he and you will be much happier.
