With small breeds, they usually stop growing around 6 mos, may gain another 1/2 pound, but, for the most part they're done at 6 mos.
Neutering most places do around 5 to 5 1/2 mos. maybe a tad bit sooner. I would say get him neutred before he starts lifting his leg. I got my male biewer on a Sunday(5 1/2 mos) and he went in for neutering the next day. He's never lifted his leg in the house, uses a pee pad and is a good little guy! |
