Poor baby! Deegan's baby canines wouldn't fall out. His adult canines, started coming in and it looked so painful. So I had to take him in to get them pulled. I felt o bad for him. it just looked like it was so sore for him. And once the vet pulled them, he saved them for me to see. I couldn't believe how long they were. How did they ever fit in his tiny little head??
But yes, if I were you - I would get them pulled, not just because of pain. But also if you don't get the baby teeth out soon enough, when they finally do come out, the adult ones may not grow in straight. And that can cause difficulty eating and chewing in the future, and you don't want that to happen.
