About the puppy...I am just shaking my head. How can anyone be so stupid as to do that. All it takes is for another puppy to grab the end of that ziptie (which is SO invitingly sticking straight out) and pull, then that little puppies life may be over. I don't agree with putting anything around Yorkies necks, but I'd sure rather a piece of yarn be used then a ziptie! |
