How exciting. My advice is dont go messing with his little tummy right now and stick with the kibble your breeder sent you home with. If he won't eat later, you can add some (tiny bit) yogurt or cottage cheese, but I probably wouldn't do eggs right off the bat. I think the most important thing right now is to let him rest and take his time getting to you know guys.

Oh, I have to add that I'm impressed you're letting him sleep in his crate, lol. When I got Ranger I couldn't put him down!!
