Stedmansmommy, I am so sorry this happened to you. I understand you were just concerned about that puppy. When I tried to go on the link it said deleated so I didn't see it there. This is very weird though. I don't understand why someone would use your e mail address. It's not a big deal to ask the breeder about the zip ties. It's just wrong. Why would'nt the person use their own contact info. I probably would have e mailed her myself if I even knew how. (i'm not so computer savy) I just don't get it. It was just a genuine concern not an attack of some kind. Anyway I hope this breeder stops using this type of system, it's just trouble looking for a place to happen.
