A couple years ago a store in my area 2 women got into a FIST fight in the 12 items or under check out lane!
The woman had 13 items! The local news stations were there, it was all over the news... I found that so funny. The other day I went through and had 15 items. I felt bad but 15 items in the 12 item lane is nothing. Sometimes when its busy, (like holidays) the 12 items or less lane is less busy so the cashiers there will take full cart people to help out.
