I recently made some washable potty pads for June. I didn't want to spend all the money for constantly buying disposable, so I bought some vinyl material, and some cotton flannel (diaper flannel). I cut the fabric into squares of 45cm and sewed them together.

June was used to going potty on newspaper, so i put some newspaper on these and she uses them fine now when she is in her pen (I've only had her for three days). She obviously still has loads of accidents, but she is still very young.

The pads don't leak onto the floor, they are very absorbent and her little nails don't get caught in the fabric. And I can customize them! June's pee pads are purple
