Her face is more pointed than my other Yorkie Charlie. She is much bigger as well.

Does anyone have a Yorkie with a coat like this and if so.. is it a mix and how big did he get?

He looks yorkie to me! I have 2 yorkie girls...one of them looks just like your romeo. her coat is very coarse and doesn't grow. I was letting her hair grow but it would grow maybe 3 inches past her belly. I groom them myself. I use a 1 1/4 in clipper guide..She looks SO much better.
