Give him some Nutrical, Karyo syrup or Honey and see if that helps. It wont hurt to give him some just in case. Do your best to get him to eat and drink. Maybe even mix a little bit of yougurt in with his food and see if this gets him interested in eating. I have read those more experienced than myself give this advice.
If this doesn't work I would get the little one to the vet immediately.
I hope the little guys gets better soon.
