One thing I will suggest is that you take along a jug of the water that they are drinking at home, enough for the whole time you will be gone.
Also, if it is a wooded area that you are going to, ask the vet if they need Lyme's vaccine (if you don't already get that).
Do you keep them on leashes or do you let them wonder freely? I keep mine on leashes all the time when they are outside, I feel in more control of where they are.....lifejackets might be good also as noted. |
