Sometimes my dog likes to whine or refuses to walk on his leash. The only thing that stops him from doing those things is to point my finger by his nose, look into his eyes, and say no. He always stops crying or walks on his leash. I am telling him I am serious, and I am not playing with him. When he stops crying or walks on his leash, I talk to him in a cheerful voice or I give him a treat.
