 Disappointed in Obama's decision.
I'm disappointed to learn that president Obama chose not to adopt his dog but rather get him from a breeder. Also, last I knew a Portugese water dog was not hyper-allergetic. Also, realize that the dog was a gift from Ted Kennedy but still I am disappointed that he chose this route after all his supposed advocation of rescue. As a person with rescue very dear to my heart it was just so disappointing. I think we need more that are in the media involved with adoption. I commend Oprah for all she's done and I wish that our president had followed in her footsteps. Elaine |
