is it deep like something punctured her? from the picture it looks like a scab that fell off that hasn't completely healed underneath
it doesn't look infected or anything to me.. would it hurt to clean it with some bactine? you should keep an eye to see if she tries to chew at the area or scratch it. poor little tat! she's such a trooper though
