thank you all for your posts! Another concern for me ordering online is that I am getting a dog from a puppy mill which I certainly do not want to support. For a long time I have been looking at the SPCAs in my area but have not had any luck finding a small dog (I was open to any small breed). The small dogs go fast and b/c I will be a first time dog owner without a yard some wont even consider me. thanks msjagg...if you see any in the area please let me know and I will do the same! I know they raided a puppy mill with yorkies recently but so many people put in applications and they are now gone. Ordering online is my LAST option but I am starting to worry it is my only option! thanks again : ) |
