Check his gums...are they nice and pink or are they whitish or grey looking? He could be having blood sugar issues. You need to make sure he eats, even if you have to hand feed him every couple of hours. Do you have any Nutrical, Karyo syrup or Honey on hand? give him a little bit on his tongue and see if he perks up. Also, if he's not drinking he could be a little dehydrated...that can cause dizziness.
