i doubt they have animal insurance, i know i never had it. I didn't even know about pet insurance till a couple days ago and i read about it on these forums! LOL were just small town people i guess HEHE but i have seriously thought about calling to have the dogs picked up by the pound or something, so then maybe when they go to get their dogs they'll relize they need to be kept in their yard
