I agree. A puppy that small and that young is a high risk pregnancy. It is like a human twelve or thirteen year girl getting pregnant.
I'm glad you are getting another opinion as her pregnancy can be terminated by spaying her asap. The risk of losing the mom, puppies or both is high.
