Hello and Welcome to you and Max to Yorkie Talk... I would get a stroller and take him for walks in that. Then try letting him walk in the street for a little while. As a male, sooner or later he'll want to smell where other males have marked and venture over to mailboxes,Fire Hydrants, curbs etc...He might even go on the grass to smell around. Then you can give him a treat for walking on the grass and going to do his business outside. Hope this helps... Happy Easter to you and your little one...
