One of my favorite shows when I was younger was Green Acres. Liza (Zsa Zsa Gabore) was the pampered wife and she had a beautiful little Yorkie...I fell in love right then! I never saw one in real life until junior high...my best friend's sister had a little female and I used to love it when Eva would come for visits to Pattie's house. As soon as I got on my own I got a Yorkie and I've had them in my home for 27 years now.
