Just for reference, I am 5'4" and 135. It is quite large for my frame, but totally worth it to bring my baby with me.
I would definitely recommend the small for any yorkies 5 lbs or smaller. I hope Couver gets bigger so it won't look so rediculous with him in such a huge bag
