You should never feel bad about wanting to share you love with another puppy or animal. I think that it is one of the worst things to go thru, saying goodbye to a pet. I cried my eyes out when we lost our 2 cats a year apart of each other. My husband told me that my 2nd cat stayed to make sure that we had another special baby in our lives to watch over before she said goodbye. I wish you all the best in finding that new bundle of joy.
