What a mess! We have a man living below us who is a hoarder too. I'm afraid he will start a fire on the hot plate he cooks on in the living room. This is a lovely apt. building and all the people are friendly but we can't get him to budge from his ways. Who cleans up the mess in the house you are trying to re-possess? I feel for you. Thank God they don't have a dog!
