How old are your wigglers? Is this part of her puppiness, or a probable lifetime trait? It is funny to see & cracks me up. However I was hoping she would get to a point where we could walk normally & greet people/dogs with good manners. You know like my training efforts were paying off.

At least she loves everybody & a real keeper. The wiggles to this extreme is something I've never experienced with previous dogs we've had. Wiggling on slippery floors is a sight to be seen. Feet going in all directions. Everyone seems to enjoy it, but it does make it harder to keep her from jumping up on people.
