The did not rule out any other possible causes < DId not even do a skin scraping? I am not fond of guessing whe it comes to a pets health, especially a skin condition , there are so many possibilities. I no you don't want to go to a different vet however, a second opinion is wise in you dogs case. Baron is not getting any better. Take him to a vet for a second opinion.
