Is it always necessary to tape ears to get them to stand up? We have 5 week old puppies and I am not sure if I am supposed to tape or leave nature to its own course. I am going to get a trimmer for their little feet because I can no longer see their nails, and it wouldnt hurt to get them used to the sound and feel of clippers I suppose, but I dont want to tape if it isnt necessary. (I am a first timer with yorkie pups) The babies are getting so big now, so much more like little dogs, just want to do everything on the right timetable.
