ARBA uses the standard as provided by the Biewer Terrier club. The Biewer Yorkie association is a registry...not a club, it's operated by the American Canine Registry.

NAKC, IABCA, and RBASWO both use the standard as provided by the German club UCI which is up to 7 pounds. The UCI standard is a yorkie standard with differences provided for hair coloring and docked or undocked tails.
