I'm so sorry to hear about your baby! I know exactly what you're going through. My hubs though we should wait 4-6 months before getting a new puppy when we lost our Niko, but the house was just too empty, there was no one on my knee, in my bed, following me from room to room or waiting by the front door when I came home. I just couldn't stand it!
Our new puppies (I got two boys) didn't replace Niko, but they definitely brightened up our house again. I think it's never too early to welcome a baby to love!
