Some may disagree with me, but we tried everything, and nothing solved the problem. Then we tried spraying her with a water bottle (and my girl loves the sprinkler, so who'd think this would be a deterrent). Seriously, only had to spray her two or three times. Now, on the rare occasion its needed, I just spray into the air. She quickly loses interest in whatever she's barking at.

Trust me, I believe in positive training methods...but exasperation won out. And, this did work.
