I don't know if you've bathed her yet, but if you put a towel in the dryer on medium heat for about 15 minutes (while she's being bathed) then she won't get a chill afterward. I use the laundry sink at my house, it's out in the garage (no a/c, so nice and warm) and the dryer is right next to the sink, luckily
