Geez, I wish you luck. Winston barks like crazy with our neighbors dogs...running all along the fence line with them...back and forth. He's pretty good in the house, but outside, he just loves to run and bark with "the big dogs". I hope someone has an answer...but I imagine it would require him being leashed in his own yard, that way you would have control of him.
