Thank you for your very nice compliment! Pat and Rini have been so supportive and helpful to me in getting started in the breeding business. When I first started, I had three females and two males. The three females and one male came from Oregon and the other male came from Maryland. Again, with Teddy (Maryland male), I was blessed because his owner had bred him to be a show dog, and he hated the ring. Unlike his sister and parents, he did everything he could to let him Mom know that even though he has champion blood in his line, he wanted no part of the show ring. So at eight months, Kathy let me purchase him without the limited registration. The
little male from Oregon, Thinker, at the age of six months showed signs of a genetic disorder, so I gave him to a dear friend who I knew could afford to pay for any surgery he would need in the future. And, I still see Tinker when he comes to PPH for boarding and grooming. Then a couple of the Oregon females proved to small to breed, so they went to forever homes with limited registration. That's where Pat stepped in and allowed me to purchase a male and female from her and waived the limited registration so that I could breed them. Aubergine and Teddy had their first litter in April, and their three babies were adorable. If you check our website and go to the PKPooch Puppy link, and click Aubergine and Teddy link, you will see their babies. Tulley and Bonnie had their litter in June and their babies are also adorable. Because this was Bonnie's second c-section, I had her spay because she means too much to me to endanger her life by having another litter. In addition to Pat's allowing me to purchase Yorkies without limited registration, Rini has also. We have Rini's Karn and we are waiting for her second heat so that we can breed her with Tulley.

So, this has been a slow process, which I could not have done without the help of two wonderful Yorkie friends.
