I'm sorry your having such a hard time with this. Are you a breeder and this was a pup from a litter or was he your pet you rehomed? I would be very happy that they called you instead of just rehoming him to anyone that came along, at least you know he is safe and you can take it from here. 2 years is a long time for the to have had him and then decide that it wasn't working out, but like I said at least you know he is ok and can either keep him this time or find him a suitable home. Maybe you should contact a yorkie rescue?
