Sorry I'm just now getting back with an update. My husband is on his way home now from the Vet's with Rae. We weren't able to get a sample from her, and the vet had a hard time too, she gets spooked when you try to get behind him to get a sample while she is going. They did get some though. Not enough for a complete test though. But they did say in their preliminary testing they didn't see any signs for a UTI. So I'm not sure what is wrong in that area.
But they did say she badly needs a dental... as in next week. I am VERY nervous because shes under 3lbs. But they said it is really important. Any experience in this??
They said when they do the dental they can get a better urine sample then, straight from her bladder, whatever that means. For now they said they aren't ruling out a UTI, but they don't think she has one.
