You can't expect a 3yr old to just *know* they only want sausage and grits? Please. That is purely from the parents. The one grandmother kept feeding the little girl SO MUCH JUNK "so she knows I still love her"

Amanda, I have a confession, I love Grits and butter, with homemade biscuits. But I may eat that once a year. I think the world of nutrition is amazing. As a mother of a swimmer that swims 8000 meters a day I feed her what a grown man would eat. But the key is to exercise and lots of people do not want to get up off their booties and run or walk..
