 Horrible feeling at work
I need to vent and I hope I could do it here. I dont want to cry here at work but I hate it when there is that certain work bully that constantly gets at it with lots of my other coworker and today it was me. Today a lot of people took off so there are only a few of us left. She is the appointed team leader and giving out extra work from othe employees. I said ok I'll do it but I just want to tell you I could only do what I could and she started saying your not the only one who has work we all do. I told her I know that but im just saying I'll do what I can. Then she looked at me in a mean way and said Im telling you. Its the way she approched me in a rude manner. Knowing your the supposedly team leader why couldnt you just decent in the way she approches people. I dont want to cry you guys but I cant stop. |
